To add a Club activity or meeting on the Club calendar on any day EXCEPT Club Days:
- Check that the time/date and requested location are available on the Club calendar

- Remember to click an existing event to see the time and location detail
- Fill out the Calendar Request Form below and click Submit.
Requests are handled on a first come, first serve basis. Members will receive a response within the next business day (such as reservation confirmed, clarification needed, not available due to conflict).
