Pricing Information

Note price increases as of June 1, 2026

  • Sunday through Friday (9am to 11pm):
    $320/hour. Increases to $340/hour as of June 1, 2026

    • 6 hours minimum, 14 hours maximum

    • Full hour rentals only

    • $4,000 maximum charge. Increases to $4,300 as of June 1, 2026

  • Saturday (9am to 11pm): $4,000 (flat fee). Increases to $4,300 as of June 1, 2026

  • $200 expedited processing fee for bookings made 14 days before the event, except for memorial services

  • Early entry fee: $320/hour (increases to $340/hour as of June 1, 2026); available up to 3 hours after 5:00pm the day before (if the clubhouse is available)

  • Security deposit: $1,500

Reservation process

  • Complete our rental inquiry form if you would like more information on hosting an event at the Woman's Club. You will be contacted shortly after completing the form to discuss your needs and schedule a tour of our venue.

  • After touring the clubhouse, you will be provided a rental application which needs to be completed and sent with initial payment to initiate a reservation. 

  • Note that full payment must be received at least 30 days before the event to secure your reservation. In addition, a floor plan and certificiate of liability insurance (see FAQ page for details) must be provided no later than 30 days before the event.
